DESCRIPTION:Ghosts\, ghouls\, and zombies will haunt the trails of Washington Township RecPlex Countryside Park on October 10 & 11\, 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm!  \n\n\n\nWe need many volunteers to help as trail guides\, with refreshments\, as witches at the bonfire and wearing Grim Reaper\, Jason and Gilly Suit costumes.  We also need volunteers for set up and tear down of the Haunted Trail props. \n\n\n\nTrail guides will lead groups through the 3/4 mile trail. The typical guide walks the trail 2 to 3 times for one night. DESCRIPTION:Meet in the Parking Lot of Yankee Trace\n\n\n\nWednesday\, October 25\, 2023\n\n\n\n8:45 am – 7:30 pm (Bus leaves at 9 am sharp!)\n\n\n\nLimited to only 48 people – sign up early to ensure a spot on the bus!\n\n\n\n$55.00 per person pay in advance\n\n\n\nMeet at 8:45 am at Yankee Trace lower parking lot and board a charter bus (has a bathroom!) \n\n\n\nPrice:  $55.00 per person (includes ticket for Grandstand seat\, charter bus\, boxed dinner on the way back) Pop\, Water\, Mimosa’s\, Bloody Mary’s and other adult beverages along with snacks will be provided as well.   \n\n\n\nYou may bring your own beverages and snacks as well but we may want to share if they are better than ours!  🙂 \n\n\n\nAttire:  Anything comfortable – Jeans are acceptable. \n\n\n\nBoxed dinner choices:   \n\n\n\nChoice 1:  Fresh Baked Turkey Breast  – Sliced Turkey fully dressed with Cheddar cheese on artisan bread.  Includes fruit salad and turtle brownie. \n\n\n\nChoice 2:  Chicken BLT – Marinated Chicken Breast with applewood smoked bacon\, lettuce and tomato on a potato bun.  Includes fruit salad and a turtle brownie. \n\n\n\nChoice 3:  Mediterranean Wrap – Spinach flatbread filled with hummus\, carrot\, red pepper\, cucumber\, red onion\, tomato and sprouts.  Includes fruit salad and turtle brownie. \n\n\n\nOur goal is to arrive back at Yankee Trace at 7:30 p.m.  \n\n\n\nWatch or bet the horses!  Don’t know how to bet?  We will do some minimal training on the way down but most of the fun is the trip to and from with your fellow Optimist friends!  \n\n\n\nIf you need to cancel\, your registration fee will be refunded minus the credit card fees paid.
