Join us in celebrating President Gary Hansen’s year and welcoming President-Elect Beth Duncan. The new Board will be installed by Ohio District Governor Bill Stone and we will award Rookie of the Year and Optimist(s) of the Year! It will be a fun evening that you will not want to miss! Suggested attire is dressy, but not formal. Please, no shorts or jeans!

This form is currently closed for submissions. The head count had to be given to Moraine Country Club.

Food Program

Cocktails 5:30-8 PM (Cash bar – credit cards accepted) with assorted cheeses, fruits, and crackers
Salads 6:30 Served at the tables with a choice of Ranch or Italian
Buffet Opens 6:45 PM

  • Roast Prime Rib of Beef Aujus carved on site. Served with horseradish * Aujus on the side. Rolls and Butter
  • Crab cakes with Red Chile Beurre Blanc
  • Italian Stuffed Shells with Brunoise Blanc
  • Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts (President Hansen’s fave)
  • Fresh Asparagus
  • Twice Baked Potatoes

Dessert served after the program

  • Assorted Layer Cakes (Carrot, Chocolate Layer, Lemon, and German chocolate)
  • Iced tea, coffee, lemonade
