Parental Agreement

I agree to allow my child to participate in the Centerville Noon Optimist Visual Arts Contest and that I will provide the physical artwork if my child is a winner of their age group to be used for the International competition. I further agree that pictures of my child’s artwork may be used and copied by the Centerville Noon Optimist Club for use on their website and social media platforms.

I have read the contest rules and agree to have my child abide by them.
