Optimist 2.0 – Crayons to Classrooms Service Project and School Supply Drive

Join us and see how the Centerville Noon Optimist Club – a world class volunteer organization – makes a difference in local kids’ lives! This month we will be at Zink’s Meats and Fine Wines and will be joined by Amy Kopp with Crayons to Classrooms for a service project to assemble journals. We are also hosting a school supply drive to benefit the teachers served by Crayons to Classrooms. Following is a list of the top 10 most needed supplies:
- Marker Packs (regular and dry erase)
- Colored Pencil Packs
- Pencils
- Crayons
- Children’s Scissors
- 70ct Spiral Notebooks
- Glue Sticks
- Filler Paper
- Pocket Folders
- Construction Paper
• Join us every Third Thursday at various local social venues for community building, fun, and networking
• Listen to a guest speaker or participate in a fun filled social activity
• Learn more about how you can help us help kids in the community
Wine flights will be available to purchase. As always, snacks will be provided.
