General Policy
Payments to Centerville Noon Optimist Club — including membership dues, event registrations, fundraiser purchases, program subscriptions, and donations — are generally considered final. That said, we understand that billing issues do come up. If you believe a charge was made in error — whether a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount, or another billing issue — please contact our Treasurer within 30 days of the charge. We evaluate each situation individually and will issue a refund whenever a genuine error occurred.

We aim to respond to all refund and billing inquiries within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
We encourage members and donors to contact us directly to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, as this allows us to resolve the issue faster and avoid unnecessary fees that ultimately reduce funds available for Club programs.
