and thank Sarah Umbreit for a great Optimist Year

Date: Tuesday, September 29th
Place: Benham’s Grove Event Center
Time: 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Cost: $20.00 per person
Attire: Business Casual – no blue jeans or shorts
RSVP: Sign up online no later than Tuesday, September 22nd

5:30 –  Cocktails – Cheese and Veggie Tray Appetizers
            -Wine and Beer provided by Sam Routsong
            -Coke products, tea, lemonade and water also available
6:15  – Buffet Dinner catered by City BBQ
             -Pulled Pork
             -Pulled Chicken
             -Mac & Cheese
             -Corn Pudding
             -Green Beans
-Salad
  7:00  – Program begins
             -Installation of Officers, Rookie of the Year, Optimist of the Year announced

Vegetarian Meal Provided upon request

Cancellation date:  September 22, 2026
All no shows or late cancellations after this date will unfortunately be billed as we will be responsible for the head count we give the caterer on the 22nd.
