Volunteer – Winterfest/Winter Carnival
January 31 @ 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
We need volunteers to staff Winterfest at Primary Village South (9am-12pm) and the Winter Carnival at Primary Village North (11am-2pm). Kids play games and do crafts – we’ll be helping them make clothespin snowmen! While their little fingers are occupied with markers and pipe cleaners our Youth Mental Health Initiative will talk with parents about play-based childhood (vs a phone-based childhood), Wait Until 8th, and LetGrow.org. We’ll have all supplies and literature ready, but need help with the crafts and the parent conversations.
Volunteers will be assigned to work at either Primary Village North or Primary Village South. If you have a preference, please note it on the form below. Click here for questions.
