The Big Hoopla is an Ohio non-profit corporation for the NCAA First Four Local Organizing Committee in the Dayton Region. It started out as a simple game in 2001 and now has become a 4 game, large community event. Dayton will host the first 4 the NCAA for the 18th straight year in 2018.
