The Invitational is an annual tournament of 34 high school teams playing 19 games at the James S. Trent Arena in Kettering, Ohio. Outstanding teams with future NBA stars are invited from all over the U.S. The economic impact for the Dayton area is $1.9 Million each year.

A 1.2-mile walk with fright stations along the path. Middle school and high school students work at these stations. CHS students build the sets and the students also help setup for the event. The dates chosen each year coordinate with Columbus Day, so the kids are not in school the day of setup.
