Jesse has been a member of the Centerville Noon Optimists since 2006 and served on the Board from 2013-2016. Jesse is a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award from the Dayton Business Journal and was recognized as Administrator of the Year in 2020 from the Montgomery County Township Association.

Jesse Lightle – Administrator – Washington Township

Jesse oversees the day-to-day administration of all township services and reports directly to Washington Township trustees. She was hired by the township as deputy administrator in 2006 and was promoted to Township Administrator in 2008. She has come to day to update us about the township. There has been a lot development going on in the last year.
